In a state that has been unregulated until just recently, it is not easy to find a mortgage professional  who will put your best interest before their own profits, or that will protect you from making choices that will be wrong for you in the future.  There are still currently no regulation or enforcement groups in Colorado to protect you from being cheated, over-charged, or put in a loan that will cost you more in the long run.

My reputation is built on honesty, ethical business practices, and I will give you straight, honest answers all the time.  I won't tell you what I think you want to hear by using tempting numbers and unrealistic quotes on rates and payments.

Don't be fooled by extremely low rates, terms and payments - there's always more than meets the eye behind marketing mailers and radio ads promising you amazing numbers to get you to call them.  

Nothing in the financial world is free and everything has trade-offs.  If you could really get a 1% rate, don't you think every company would offer 1%?  If you could really "skip" your first 12 payments, don't you think every company would offer that to stay competitive?  There are many more important aspects of a loan than just rate and payment.
